The NOOO! meme was a popular joke created by Rangi Scanlon in the early months of 2018, with it first being originated in the depths of Hell. It consisted of Scanlon stating "NOOO!" in a aggressive tone towards a certain individual.
The origin of the "NOOO!" meme was an earlier rust video, where a black man was fooled into thinking another in game character was an AI (Artificial Intelligence). Where many interactions consisted of the black man ordering him to "get wood", the AI would then respond with "NOOO!" aggressively.
